I need a new flat iron, but there are so many brands and types to choose from! I don't want to spend more than $40, and I want it to have either ceramic or titanium plates. What are the best, cheap brands?Best hair straightener brands?
i got mine for i think...$20 its remington wet2straight and works perfectly for me. The plates i are ceramic.
