Best hair straightener out there?

I have thick wavy hair. GHD's always make it dead straight and it lasts - but I haven't bought a pair yet. Just wondering what has proven the best for you.Best hair straightener out there?
ghds are brilliant! im exactly like u most of my friends have ghds but i dont and my hair is quite thick too so im getting them 4 xmas. u can get thik plated ones for really thick hair too. i have the remington straightners at the mo they are really gud bt ur hair doesnt really stay straight for as long mind u they are only 20poundsBest hair straightener out there?
well i have the same kind of hiar as you do and the ion or chi works best with me.... sally beauty has them........ they have different heat control setttings (i use the 450 one haha) and they make my hair completley straight like u say that one does, and i have like african american hair so when i straighten it with the ion, it stays straight for like 2 or three days!! whoops that was long lol welll have fun straightening
GHDs are the best, and they come in different sizes. I have thick, indian hair and I use the small ones because I can get curls as well. Also if money's no issue, you should wait a few months they're bringing out some purple ones for christmas!!!
This is the best one for thick hair mines thick long and frizzy with a heat protector on my hair first i use the ghd's for thick hair..here look worth every penny and my hair stays straight babybliss i had to keep doing it through day.

My Mum says you can`t beat GHD`s and she is a hairdresser. Although an ex of mine did swear by a cheap chinese pair she had.


Yeah GHD is the best. If you can, get one. But for a slightly (SLIGHTLY) lower budget, Babybliss straighteners are very good too.
FHIs Are verry good, thats what alot of hairdressers are using or they are using CHIs aswell which supposedly go hotter than GHDs Or something :P. x
Definatly GHD's i used to have FHI's they are good, but not as good as GHD's as they make your hair smoother.
GHD is the best STRAIGHTENER out there. you can buy one at Sephora.
I've had several straighteners and the Remington Wet2Straight has worked the best for me.
i find that GHd's are the best pair !!!
