My Remington Wet2Straight hair straightener isn't functioning properly. Please Help!?

Every time I turn it on, it seems fine for a few seconds, but then a backwards 13 pops up on the screen and it doesn't heat up. To get it to work, I have to unplug it, then turn it back in. I have to do this multiple times to get it to work. Sometimes I have to sit there for 10 minutes just plugging and unplugging, which gets frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have that straightener too but I've never had a problem like that. It sounds like it's broken so I'd suggest contacting the company and getting it repaired or replaced if you still have the warranty. :)My Remington Wet2Straight hair straightener isn't functioning properly. Please Help!?
Um first I had that straightener one word it sucks



i currently have a cheap conair one untill i can afford a good one but it works real good on my bangs :]
