Put a bag of ice on it or if you have a package of frozen peas then use that. Apply the ice bag directly on the burn and wrap in a towel. It will feel better soon, just don't put any butter or stuff like that on it. That's the worst thing you can do.
go to the dr would be my first choice but if you cant get some dreft soap and soak her foot in that ..it will help it to heal and keep infection away. good luck
go to the doctor would Make the most sense... Also don't do any home style remedies, such as butter on it or anything, as this Will make it worst.
