Im looking into getting a';professional'; hair straightener, such as a chi or a ghd, i like the breast cancer awareness chi, but have heard of them breaking after a month of use?
what are some good straighteners? Right now i have a remington wet-to-straight, which just isn't doing the trick on my thick, wavy, difficult hair :/

I have a Jilbere Titanium Tools straightener. Its amazing My hair is thick and long and real curly, and that straightener will get it looking like I've got naturally straight hair in about 20 minutes.

They're at Sally's but they're like $70-$90.
