Hair straightener as an iron?

Can you use a hair straightener to iron clothing?Hair straightener as an iron?
i use mine as an iron it doesn't work as well but if you need to iron something fast its goodHair straightener as an iron?
It's not a good idea. Irons use a lot of steam, whereas straighteners use hot plates and little humidity. You could burn your clothes or start a fire.
Give it a go ! You could try hanging the clothes in the bathroom when you have a shower, and steam the creases out of clothes as an alternative.
umm that might not be a good idea for a number of reasons. you might fry your clothes.
that never occurred to me... but i did straighten out my poster paper before when i rolled it up and that worked haha

Hair straightners get extremely hot, so you might end up burning a hole in your clothes.
