The CHI would be my favorite straightener %26lt;3
the best straightener is with out a doubt the paul mitchell one. its about 100 bucks but its sooooo worth it! my hair is super thick and curly but i can get it totally straight in like a half hour, while my other conair one took me 2 hours! and the best curling iron is probably the hot tools. i really dont know much about curling irons but the one i have comes out pretty good on my hair. :)
GHD are the best for both they last for years too. Expensive but worth it. Definately use ceramic regardless of straightner or curling iron, its better for your hair and the results last longer
