I got one at Sally's Beauty supply for 25 bucks. It's a Helen of Troy professional series straightener with 10 heat settings and gold plates. The more expensive you go (usually) the better it is, but I found this one to work just fine.
The Chi flat iron. The best prices are on eBay. Use with just a little Biosilk from your local pharmacy for protection, shine and longer lasting straightness.
