you should a conair because its cheap and i myself have one. i only paid 25$ at the mall. Sometimes cheap hair straighter dont work. I had to get a new one 2 months later beacuse the quality stinked
well, i dont know about a good straightener under 30$, but for around 70$, you can get a conair steam straightener!
