your best bet babe is to go for GHD's - expensive, but well worth it!



just think, you could pay say 拢100 for some GHD's that will last you a long time or you could pay 拢30 for a pair of rubbish straighteners that will probably break and not work.

get a thick plated straightner.

it will work alot better on thick hair.



and use really small sections when you straightnen your hair.

To be honest, ghds are the best that's around at the moment! By the sounds of things, the type of straighteners that you need are either the standard IV stylers or the salon stylers. The salon iron is designed specially for long thick hair!
