Do you use a hair product before straightening it to product your hair? For those of you that use a hair straightener.....?
Use a heat protectant before straightening... even though it doesnt protect you from all the damage from the heat you should definately still use it :)
I reccomend the Chi heat protectant.. it is sold at drugstores for $10 it does its job :)For those of you that use a hair straightener.....?
Yes. But it does depend on what product you are talking about. It would be easier, to;
1. Wash your hair, with shampoo and a little bit of conditioner.
2. Dry your hair(with a towel), until it is just damp, not soaking.
3. Apply product to your hair.
4. Dry your hair.
5. Straighten your hair, whilst it is still hot/warm, from the hairdryer.
(:
it depends on how your hair is..
if your hair is ebony style then yea you have to apply so that
your hair is not damaged..if your hair is not ebony wash your hair
let it to dry and THEN use the straightener ^^
its much healthier that way~
Yes i do because if you don't it could damage your hair. Using something cheap will help. Go to Walmart or somewhere and near the straighteners there are the hair products. One time I didn't use it and my hair was a wreck after i washed it!!!
I use tresemme thermal creations straightening gel before i blow dry my hair and Tresemme thermal creations heat tamer spray before i straighten.
Yes, i use Tresemme thermal creations heat tamer spray before i blowdry and straighten my hair.
Yes. I apply either Hask Straight Solution or chi thermal on my damp hair before straightening.
No. I don't like using heat protectants.
My hair is gonna be damaged no matter what sort of product,
I use a heat protectant spray.
